Nobody’s thinking about patio furniture in September. We get it.
But the 2027 Beaver Dam catalog just landed on our desk, and a few things are changing. Some of it is small — three new colors, a couple of chairs. Some of it matters more, especially if you’ve had your eye on a piece that’s about to go away for good.
So here’s the plain version of what’s coming in new poly outdoor furniture next season, and what’s quietly leaving.
Three New Colors Are Coming
Most of the new poly outdoor furniture story for 2027 starts with color, so let’s start there too.
There are already 30 colors to pick from, which is honestly a lot to stand in front of. Three more join the lineup for 2027:
- Slate Blue — a deep, soft blue-gray. It’s a solid color, not a woodgrain.
- Nature — a light, warm woodgrain. Think pale oak.
- Weathered Teak — a woodgrain in that gray-brown, been-at-the-lake-a-while tone.
Both of the woodgrains are worth a look if you’ve ever wanted a teak or cedar set but didn’t want the sanding and sealing that comes with real wood.
And because the color goes all the way through the board, it stays that color. Nothing to repaint.
New Poly Outdoor Furniture in the Bayside Line
If you’ve been in the showroom, you’ve probably seen the Bayside chairs — the ones with a turtle or a lighthouse carved into the back. Until now, the gliders only came as singles.
For 2027, Beaver Dam is adding a Bayside Double Glider and a Bayside Double Counter Glider. Both are about 46 inches wide, so two people fit without anyone getting an elbow.
Two new engravings are coming too: a shark and a golfer. That brings the stock designs up to twelve, alongside the turtle, dolphin, crab, lobster, anchor, sailboat, lighthouse, sunset, surfer, and ship’s wheel. You can still order a custom design if none of those is quite you.
The backs come in eight two-tone combinations. White and cardinal red, seashell and mint, ivory and brown — that sort of thing.
Regal Is Coming Back
Regal sat out all of 2026. It’s back for 2027, and it’s the piece of new poly outdoor furniture we’ve had the most people ask about.
It’s the simpler, sleeker chair — clean lines, nothing fussy. You can get it in dining, counter, or bar height, and every one of those comes in a swivel version too. If you wanted Regal last year and couldn’t get it, this is your year.
Empress Gliders, Now at Counter Height
Empress is the fan-back collection. Four new glider setups are coming:
- Single counter glider
- Double counter glider
- Triple glider with a console
- Triple counter glider with a console
Counter height is the one people underestimate. It lifts you just enough to see over your deck rail instead of through the spindles. We wrote more about why that matters in our 2026 spring prep post if you want the longer version.
More New Poly Outdoor Furniture: Regency Finally Gets a Corner
Regency is the deep-seating line with the Sunbrella cushions. You could already build a sectional with it, but there was no true corner piece, so the layouts always ended up a little awkward.
For 2027 there’s a Regency Corner Sectional. Now the L actually turns a corner.
There’s also a new fitted cover for the Regency fire table. Small thing — until February.
Picnic Tables and Planters
Two more pieces of new poly outdoor furniture worth mentioning, because they don’t get much attention:
Picnic tables come in a 6-foot and an 8-foot. Both are about 62 inches wide with the benches attached, so measure your deck before you fall in love.
Planters come as squares in three sizes and raised beds in four. They’ve got aluminum bracing inside, which is why the sides don’t bow out once the soil gets wet. If you’ve had a plastic planter do that, you know exactly what we mean.
What’s Leaving: Buy It Now or Miss It
This is the part worth reading twice. Once current stock sells through, these are done:
- The Contempo Collection — all of it
- The 10-foot Anchor Avenue bar table — the shorter boat-shaped one is staying
- All ottomans — every collection
If one of those is in your plan, come see us before spring. Discontinued pieces go first, and once they’re gone we can’t reorder them. After that it’s the new poly outdoor furniture or nothing.
We’d rather tell you now than have you come in next June looking for an ottoman.
Questions About Poly in General?
This post is just the 2027 changes. If you’re newer to poly and wondering whether it fades, whether you can leave it out all winter, or how to get pollen off it, we answered all of that in our outdoor furniture FAQ.
Short version: leave it outside, wash it with dish soap, don’t buy a cover.
Come Sit in It First
Catalog photos are fine, but color is hard to judge on a screen. Slate Blue looks like three different colors depending on your monitor.
So come see the swatches in person at our North Chili showroom. Sit in a glider. Feel how heavy these chairs actually are. We’ll have the new poly outdoor furniture colors on hand as soon as they reach us. We’re happy to walk you through what’s coming, what’s leaving, and what makes sense for your space — no rush, no pressure.
You can also browse our lawn and patio collection to see what’s on the floor right now. And if you’d rather we call you when the new poly outdoor furniture lands, just say the word — we keep a list.
